No Arrests in Homicide 121

(Kansas City, MO) -- Detectives continue to search for leads in Kansas City's most recent homicide. Investigators say the body of 25-year-old Shannon Garrett was found Sunday morning in Gillham Park, near 44th and Rockhill. The victim was only partially clothed, and his body was somewhat obscured by snow. Police haven't said how long they think Garrett's body had been there. The exact cause of death also hasn't been released.

I loved shannon with all my heart he was the realist friend and man that could always make me laugh and life my spirit, he was loved and still is by so many
I am new in hearing this, and I am sad. Shannon was good to everybody. His spirits lifted everybody else's. He always had such a big smile, and so much love to give. Once upon a time he made life better for me, by being my friend. I am sorry to his mom and his brother Erin. It was not his time to go, and I wish life weren't so unfair sometimes. I hope all is getting better.
